1. We have reached the capacity for NMC 2018. If you would like to be placed on the waitlist, please fill out this form. CHAPERONES DON'T PAY FOR REGISTRATION.

2. Payment by mail—Payment must be sent to the CISV USA National Office (513-674-9294) by check. Checks can be made out to CISV USA. Please write “NMC [Participant Name]” on the memo line of the check. Send check to: CISV USA 9200 Montgomery Road  Main Building 2nd Floor  Cincinnati, OH 45242

3.  Payment online— Payment can be made online using the CISV Central website (https://central.cisvusa.org/donation). In the "Notes" section, please include "NMC Registration Fee" and the name of the participant the payment is for.

4. In addition to the registration fee, this year we are selling a few custom designed posters for $10. All proceeds from sales will go towards the creation of a National Mini Camp scholarship fund! If you are interested in purchasing a poster, please add the cost of the poster to your registration fee. Any questions can be addressed to bryan.boro@cisvusa.org.

​5. Payments must be postmarked before April 21st or submitted electronically before midnight on April 23rd.

6. This year's registration will be capped at 130 participants plus chaperones. The National Mini Camp Committee chair reserves the right to close registration early if registration reaches this number.
